Philip & Reka Jangam, Pastors
Pastor Philip Jangam was born and raised in India. At the age of 18 he gave his life to Jesus and has been called to serve the Kingdom of God ever since. At the age of 25, he was called to plant a church in Hyderabad, India. Pastor Philip then moved to Canada in 2008 where God lead him and his wife Reka Jangam to plant a church in Toronto, Ontario. They are the founders and Pastors of ACTS WORLD OUTREACH CHURCH. It is a Spirit filled, Bible believing Church, with a mandate to ‘Love God and Love people’ by living out Christ’s love in every possible way, through preaching the word of God without compromise, teaching Kingdom values and providing an excellent environment for fellowship. Pastor Philip is an anointed worship leader, a gifted teacher, has a great heart for missions, a passion to disciple and mentor others to be victorious in Christ. He has been a great blessing to many people. His humble, simple and down to earth approach makes it easy for people from various backgrounds to be connected. He is married to Reka Jangam who is an amazing woman of God and they are blessed with a beautiful daughter Leiya Jangam. Together they serve the body of Christ.
Pastor Reka Jangam was born and raised in Canada. She experienced a life changing moment at the age of 13 when the Lord revealed Himself to her in a dream. However, it was not until the age of 18 while attending University when she finally trusted Jesus with her life. Pastor Reka was baptized shortly after and her life has never been the same since. She is married to Philip Jangam a wonderful man of God and they are blessed with a beautiful daughter Leiya Jangam. In 2008, they answered the call of God to plant a Church in Toronto, Ontario and are the founders and Pastors of ACTS WORLD OUTREACH CHURCH. Leiya also serves the Lord with her parents moving in her gift of music as a pianist on the worship team. Pastor Reka desires to make Jesus known bringing His love, life, healing, and deliverance to others. She is blessed with the gift of teaching, evangelism, moving in the prophetic & intercession, has a strong passion to equip, disciple, and train believers to be the unwavering Church today, and has a burden to rescue children who are at risk worldwide. Countries travelled for missions outreach to date have been to Ecuador, Trinidad & Tobago, South Africa, Nicaragua, and India. She is also the author of a children’s book published in 2010 entitled ‘Jesus Where Are You.
Our Objectives Are…

To establish, maintain and support Churches (houses of worship), sanctuaries & parsonages, locally and abroad wherever necessary, conducting services in accordance with the teachings, doctrines and observances of the Christian faith.

To establish and maintain Bible colleges or any other Christian training schools, locally and abroad wherever necessary, to train and equip believers of the Christian faith, providing them with spiritual and educational resources for Christian ministry.

To establish and maintain Christian schools and Christian programs, locally and abroad, for the purpose of religious instruction, advancing the teachings, doctrines, and observances associated with the Christian faith for children, youth & adults in all levels of education, including but not limited to, pre-schools, elementary schools, high schools and colleges.

To establish, maintain and operate Christian orphanages, rescue missions, daycare centers for financially disadvantaged children, and activity camps, locally and abroad, as needed.

To establish and maintain mission hospitals and medical camps, locally and abroad, assisting those who are in need of medical attention without discrimination.

To establish and operate community centers based on Christian principles and values, locally and abroad, providing various activities such as workshops, programs, athletics, drama, art, music, handicrafts, hobbies and recreation for the benefit of the community.

Sending and overseeing Christian missionaries and maintaining missionary endeavors in Canada and abroad.

Ordaining and licensing ministers of the Christian faith to carry on the purposes of the Church.
